In late July of 2025, I lost my dad — the person who built and cared for the properties that now make up Gibbens Property Management. After inheriting everything he worked so hard for, I made the decision to continue the name forward and grow the business he started. This company has always been about family, stability, and offering people a place they can truly call home. Now, my goal is to modernize and expand what my dad created while keeping the same honesty and personal touch he was known for.
I’m working to make things easier for both current and future tenants by offering simple online rent payments, the ability to submit maintenance requests with just a few clicks, and a clear way for new renters to see available homes.
